WORK WITH MYCELENS

Mycelens collaborates with event workers, volunteers, artists, and cultural contributors across live events, audiovisual productions, and community projects in Finland. We aim to create a professional, safe, inclusive, and engaging environment while complying with applicable Finnish legal requirements and employer obligations.

Depending on the nature of the collaboration, contributors may participate either as:

1-temporary event-based workers
2-volunteers/community participants

Collaborators may also be invited to:
cultural gatherings, screenings, workshops, community events, and other Mycelens activities.

Where applicable, Mycelens may provide:
meals and refreshments, event access, reimbursements, cultural benefits, and other event-related support.

EVENT-BASED Employment
For operational, production, technical, setup, audience, or customer-facing roles, Mycelens uses temporary fixed-term event employment agreements compliant with Finnish legislation.


VOLUNTEER Participation
For community-oriented participation and non-employment collaboration, Mycelens offers a separate volunteer participation framework.
